Quality and testing

JointBrex is manufactured in an FDA-registered facility in the United States that follows current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), and every finished lot is screened by an independent, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory before release.

Where JointBrex is made

Production runs in a US cGMP facility, which means documented procedures, controlled conditions and traceable records for every batch. cGMP is about consistency: the bottle you buy this month should be made the same, careful way as the last one.

What we test on every lot

Cascade Assay Sciences, LLC runs four categories of screening before a batch is cleared for distribution.

Identity

Confirms each active is what the label says, by HPLC and related methods.

Potency

Verifies the milligram amounts match the label, including the 1000 mg glucosamine.

Heavy metals

Screens for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury by ICP-MS. Current batch: < 0.5 ppm.

Microbiology

Tests for microbial limits and pathogens. Current batch: Pass (within USP limits).

Results for the current run are summarized on the verification page under batch JBX-2026-R4-0187, Certificate of Analysis CAS-26-5514.

Sourcing and formulation choices

The glucosamine in JointBrex is sourced from crustacean shellfish (crayfish), the traditional and best-studied source. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose, and the only other excipient is rice flour, so the formula stays clean and easy to read.

Allergens and suitability

Contains crustacean shellfish (crayfish). If you have a shellfish allergy, do not take JointBrex without talking to your doctor first.

JointBrex is dairy free, gluten free and made with a vegetarian capsule. It is formulated for adults and is not intended for children, or for people who are pregnant or nursing. As with any supplement, check with your physician if you take medication or have a health condition.
