We want you to be comfortable buying JointBrex, so every order is protected by a 60-day money-back guarantee. This page explains exactly how refunds work.
The 60-day guarantee
You may request a refund of the product price within 60 days of your purchase date. We ask that you give JointBrex a fair trial of at least 30 days first, since joint support builds gradually. The guarantee applies to single-bottle and multi-bottle orders, and you may return even empty bottles.
How to request a refund
Email care@tryjointbrex.com or call +1 (541) 728-3390 with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.
What is refunded
Approved refunds cover the product price paid. Shipping charges, where they applied, are not refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and confirm your return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
JointBrex is sold as one-time orders, not an auto-ship subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You only pay when you place an order.
