Shipping and returns
JointBrex ships from within the United States, usually within one business day of your order. Here is what to expect for delivery, tracking and returns.
Shipping
- Processing: orders are packed and shipped within one business day.
- Delivery: average US delivery is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: the 3 and 6-bottle plans include free US shipping. A flat shipping fee applies to single bottles and is shown at checkout.
- Where we ship: we currently ship within the United States. For international questions, email orders@tryjointbrex.com.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your JointBrex order ships. If it has been more than two business days and you have not received tracking, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
Returns and refunds
JointBrex is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 60 days of purchase, email care@tryjointbrex.com for return instructions. Once your return is confirmed, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Full details are on the guarantee page and in our refund policy.
Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
